Well, not really, but you can use the .png however you like^^
Printing it on cardboard should prob do the trick^^

ps: my pc crashed a while back so i can't provide bigger versions of the mane6 (-applejack) without redoing them, but if somepony really needs them, i am willing to vector them again^^
